Learn the art of royal iced stencilling and all-over pearl effects as you create this stunning on-trend, 3-Tier masterpiece. During this full-day class you will learn the tricks of the trade to achieve a perfect ganache covering, providing a flawless foundation for sugarpaste (fondant). We will go on to create a fabulous sharp-edge fondant covering before adding internal supports and securely stacking your stunning 3-tier celebration cake.
Decoration will consist of an all-over pearl-lustre effect tier, hand-made ruffles tier and a beautiful royal-icing damask stencilled tier.
For this class, we will use a mixture of Madeira cakes and cake dummies although we offer the option of using three cake dummies for those who simply cannot bear to cut into their masterpiece!
£50.00 deposit to secure the booking. Outstanding balance of £60.00 is payable on the day of the class.
